A special field is mixing hydrogen with other gaseous media, primarily natural gas to supply engines and especially gas turbines. Especially this will play a crucial role in the short and medium term with a view to the European ramp-up of hydrogen economy.

Hydrogen injection into natural gas networks

We design and realize hydrogen feedin stations to integrate hydrogen from water electrolysis into the natural gas grid.

The main components:

  • Pressure control or compression according to the downstream gas grid requirements
  • Process control-measuring, monitoring and regulation of all parts and parameters
  • Process safety monitoring

H2 Storage & filling Systems

H2 - Station with integrated automation

The production and use of hydrogen is temporally decoupled. Especially for green hydrogen produced from solar or wind energy, intermediate storage is mandatory. For this purpose, we offer customized solutions for storage systems and hydrogen filling stations up to 300 bar(g) system pressure.

The main components:

  • Purification of upstream impurities using appropriately designed filter solutions
